Yes, according to the manufacturer’s guidelines, passengers exceeding 135 kg or 297 pounds will not be able to fly in any of our Robinson helicopters. For the BELL Jet Ranger or Eurocopter AS 350 helicopters, there are no weight restrictions. Due to the aircraft’s weight and balance calculations, any passenger weighing more than 310 pounds, including all equipment brought on board the helicopter, will need to purchase a second seat.
The aircraft have a flight schedule that we must adhere to, and therefore, our maximum tolerance for delays is 10 minutes. After that, it will be considered a no-show, and the payment will not be refunded.
If the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the flight, we will refund the full payment. However, if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the flight, the payment is non-refundable. In the case of rescheduling a flight, it should also be done with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and is subject to availability.
We constantly monitor the weather conditions to inform passengers in case of adverse weather. If it is raining, the flight may be canceled with a full refund or rescheduled depending on the interest of the rest of the group.
